1 Membership Overview
By subscribing to the Derma Advanced Aesthetics Membership you agree to the terms and conditions. The membership allows you to accumulate credit on a monthly basis, which can be used towards treatments at Derma Advanced Aesthetics
2: Tiers and Fees
£50 per month
£75 per month
£100 per month
The monthly fee (membership fee) is collected on the same date each month and will be credited to your account to be used towards eligible treatments at Derma Advanced Aesthetics (subject to appointment availability). The membership fee is non transferable and non refundable.
3. Use of Credit
The credit accumulated through the membership can only be used by the member themselves and not transferred to anyone else. Credit may not be used towards the purchase of gift vouchers or in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of the agreed 48 hour window, your deposit will be forfeit and treatment balance deducted from your accumulated credit.
4. Expiry of Credit
Credit does not expire as long as the membership remains active and in good standing. If the membership is cancelled, terminated or payments missed then any remaining credit will remain on the account but is not refundable.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 1 months written notice to Derma Advanced Aesthetics. The company reserves the right to terminate your membership if you breach any of the terms and conditions with any remaining credit being forfeit.
6.Refunds
The membership fee is non refundable. Credit accumulated through the membership is non refundable and can only be redeemed against eligible treatments.
7. Changes to Terms
Derma Advanced Aesthetics reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing via email. Your continued membership after such changes signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By joining you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
9 Acceptance of Terms
By joing the membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that you have read and understood them.
